Technicians are critical to the company success.
The tasks assigned to you are the life and blood of our enterprise, here are the different areas where you have the duty to produce results:
- Resolving Customer Inquiries ASAP
- Be able to Multitask between several clients, calls, chats etc.
- Be courteous as well as well mannered when working with Greatech.
- Be able to document and report your work to the proper departments.
- Collect and send phisical checks, cash or payments made to Greatech LLC
- Attend scheduled service appointments within a two hour window.
- Sell Hardware and Software to earn comissions.
- Assess Customer IT needs in coordination with Tech Advisers/Leadership
