Cancelation Policy for On-Site Service

The customer can cancel the Appointment as long as it is prior to 24 hours before the time scheduled and there will not be any cancellation fees.

If customer cancels within the previous 24 Hours to the Appointment time there will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 for PC Support and $75.00 for MAC and Business Support, but the client will have 90 days from date of cancelled appointment to redeem $50 for PC or $75 for MAC or Business in his account for any of our available services (IT Support, User Training, Any Product etc) and if it doesn’t cover the total for the item then regular rates and prices will apply.
